Piña Natural Beauty is a handcrafted skincare brand founded by Dr. Ivett Piña, PhD in Organic Chemistry. We create small-batch, science-informed natural skincare products.

3. Products
Handmade & Small-Batch
All Piña Natural Beauty products are handcrafted in small batches. As a result, minor natural variations in color, texture, or scent may occur between batches. These are a sign of authenticity, not a defect.
Product Descriptions
We make every effort to display product colors, textures, and ingredients accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device screen displays colors exactly as they appear in person.
Ingredient Disclosure
A full ingredient list (INCI) is provided on each product page and on product packaging. Please review ingredients carefully before purchasing, especially if you have known allergies or sensitivities.

Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Sales tax (where applicable) and shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Payment

5. Shipping and Delivery

- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
- Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds
Our Policy
Due to the personal nature of skincare products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at pinanaturalbeauty@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damage or defect
We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Unopened Items
Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products (unless defective)
- Items purchased on final sale or with a discount code marked “non-refundable”
- Gift cards
7. Allergic Reactions and Skin Sensitivity
We formulate our products with care, using high-quality natural and botanical ingredients. However, individual skin sensitivities vary. We recommend performing a patch test before full use:
Apply a small amount to the inner wrist or forearm. Wait 24 hours. If irritation, redness, or itching occurs, discontinue use immediately.
We are not liable for reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies or failure to perform a patch test.
